ABOUT
Our namesake is an elysian of the powerful heart-healing stone cobalt. It’s known to have healing qualities that release emotional blocks, calm the mind, and soothe the soul. Cobalt also symbolizes creativity, imagination, and liberation from self-imposed limitations. The latter part of our name was inspired by Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet (the Leo and Claire Danes version, of course). The House of Capulet brings caution against antipathy and prejudice while inspiring awareness, love, passion, and redemption. Cobalt + Capulets embodies an eternal spirit that aspires to higher consciousness.
As founders of the Cocbalt + Capulets Method, we have been where you are now. We were deep in the hustle of the corporate space, living in lack and exhaustion. While working for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Anthropologie, Amazon, Samsung, Smashbox, Masterclass, and others, we felt disconnected from our true selves. Without any direction, we discovered that finding your soul’s purpose can be a long and tedious journey.
As a collective, we developed a powerful pathway by gaining accolades as a Reiki Master Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, Sound Healer, Tantra Embodiment Teacher, Ancestral Healer, Divine Feminine Practitioner, and Edgar Cayce Psychic. Infusing intuition and expertise, we created the C+C Method for real results. These strategies are proven to help you break through the limiting beliefs that prevent you from achieving your purpose.
